The Company expects to report total production of 4.23 Bcfe for the quarter ended June 30, 2007, which falls within the previously provided guidance range. For the quarter ending September 30, 2007, the Company expects to produce between 4.4 and 4.7 Bcfe.
An impairment and dry hole expense of approximately $69 million will be reported for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 on certain of the Company’s oil and gas properties, primarily due to lower Rocky Mountain natural gas prices and marginally economic deep zones.
